Water sample, potassium dichromate digestion solution, silver sulfate solution (silver sulfate as a catalyst to join can more effectively straight-chain fatty compound oxide) and sulfuric acid mixture is heated to 175 ℃, dichromate ion oxide solution of organic matter after color change, analyzer to detect the changes in color, and the change of conversion into BOD value output and consumption of dichromate ion content of oxidizable organic matter quantity.

Application Range	This product is suitable for wastewater with chemical oxygen demand in the range of 10~2000mg/L and chloride concentration lower than 2.5g/L Cl-. It can be extended to wastewater with chloride concentration lower than 20g/L Cl- according to customers’ actual demand.
